small room pungent smell
the room i received was not ideal. it was a boutique room, but it was very small. opening the doors was even difficult! the service felt lacking when i requested assistance with a tea kettle and it was not promptly addressed. the kettle had a strong, pungent smell.

the heritage balcony room was clean. the air conditioning worked very well it kept the room cool. i liked that bottled water was provided daily it was a good touch.
the in-room coffee could have been better. it tasted quite weak to me

i liked the food selection. i tried the chef's special and felt so happy. it tasted like a home-cooked meal. i found a restaurant had a great ambiance and felt very romantic.
the elevator made loud noises at night. i also noticed the room service was slow. a broken tile in the bathroom caused some concern because i was afraid to cut my feet.

i found the room super clean upon arrival. bhupender, ali, dungra, and divya were all helpful. ching and karan at the front desk were always smiling and ready to assist me. zhou at the lutyens for breakfast and lunch stood out for great service.

The hotel is conveniently situated within walking distance of the beautiful lodi gardens. This makes it easy to take a stroll in nature. major attractions are nearby, it makes the location ideal for exploring the area.

The heritage room offered a blend of classic style, it had modern amenities. the beds were comfortable. I slept well each night. the room was also super clean on arrival, i appreciated this attention to detail.
